PROGRAMS
We enroll children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. After school pickup service is available at select schools throughout the Greater Birmingham area.
Infants
6 weeks to 12 months
Beginning at 6 weeks, infants are welcomed by our caring and nurturing staff in a 1 to 5 ratio. Our goal is to provide the best available care for baby and parents in a safe and nurturing environment. Babies are allowed to develop their own eating and sleeping patterns. They have tummy time and story time daily while enjoying soft and comforting music.
Toddler
1-2 years
Our toddlers program is designed to meet the needs of children aged 1-2 years old. We provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to explore, learn, and develop their physical, social, and cognitive skills. From sensorial play that engages their senses to interactive storytelling that sparks imagination, every moment is designed to encourage early learning and exploration.
Toddler II
2-3 years
Language, cognitive, creative, social and physical development is implemented through our themed-based curriculum. Our curriculum encourages children to learn through play, as well as explore the world of numbers, letters, shapes, and colors. Toddler II is where potty training is introduced as we partner with parents to master this skill.
Preschool
3-4 years
Our Preschool program emphasizes school readiness, spanning from Pre-K2 to Pre-K4. Our dedicated teachers prioritize nurturing children's language, cognitive, creative, social, and physical skills within an immersive learning setting. While play-based learning remains integral, our theme-based curriculum introduces a bit more structure. This approach harmoniously integrates language, creative, and cognitive development, alongside social and physical growth, culminating in comprehensive school readiness.
After-School Care
5-12 years
Our after-school care is designed to provide students with academic enrichment activities. We provide a structured program that has scheduled activities, including homework assistance and a nutritious snack!
After School Pickup
After school pickup is available from the following schools:
West Location: West End Academy, Hemp Hill Elementary, Glen Iris Elementary, Central Park, Washington Elementary
East Location: Huffman Academy, Erwin Intermediate, Center Point Elementary, Clay-Chalkville Elementary
Nutrition Program
Tracy’s Treasure Daycare believes that learning begins with a healthy diet. As a participant in the state of Alabama’s Child Nutrition program, we provide our children with a nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snack. We have a state certified cook at each location to prepare meals that comply with the nutrition guidelines.
